Refunds and returns policy

Return products:

The products you purchased from our online store were accompanied by the legally issued documents (sales invoice – delivery note or retail receipt). In order to return, in any way, products you bought from geyseiskiaromata.gr, you must have the relevant proof of purchase in your possession in order to show it or send it depending on the return method you choose. Products are returned in their packaging, which must be intact and in the condition it was delivered to you and accompanied by all accessories such as instructions for use, accessories, bags, Styrofoam, etc. The return is made exclusively by shipping or delivery by you of the products to our Company’s headquarters.

Discrimination according to the reason for the return:

1) For defective products, the customer must inform our Company within 48 hours of receipt, through the special form on the website of our online store or by e-mail to info@geyseiskiaromata.gr, stating the defect. He will then receive an RMA code in his e-mail and then can return the product. The product is then replaced after it has been checked and found that the defect is not due to the fault of the customer.

For returns of defective products after 14 days, the factory warranty applies and the company will decide whether the product can be repaired or replaced. The cost of shipping from the customer’s headquarters to the company is borne by the customer, while the shipping of the new or repaired product is borne by the Company.
