Description
The aroma of food with mastic is used:
- To replenish the aroma loss during the production process.
- Add aroma due to seasonal fluctuations, which significantly affect the taste and aroma of fruits and vegetables.
- Foods produced from manufactured raw materials either concentrated or in powder form, without added flavor would not be acceptable and marketable (juices, ice creams, dairy, etc.).
- To restore the taste and aroma of food from which for health reasons some ingredients have been removed (eg fat-free, sugar-free).
