As a tincture, propolis is a wonderful disinfectant and protection option for cuts, scrapes and scratches. Helpful for insect bites and acne pimples. Ideal for mouth gargles, diluted with water, it disinfects the mouth and helps to heal wounds (in gingivitis or tooth extraction). It helps with well-being if we drink for one month a year 20-30 drops in half a glass of milk every morning on an empty stomach (we used it as a family, age 10+). Antibacterial, anticancer.
